Tuesday at the Boyer Funeral Obituaries Dorothy Alexander Dorothy M. Alexander, 78, of 887 Dayton died early April 23 at her residence. She was born Oct. 2, 1909, in Ross County to Frank and Mary Purdy Robinson. On May 9, 1928, she married Charles H.

Alexander, who died March 12, 1976. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Russell and Marilyn, Ronald and Jerry, Raymond and Lorene, Ralph Sondra, all of Chillicothe; 12 grandchildren; 11 greatgrandchildren; and a brother, Homer Alexander, Chillicothe. She was predeceased by eight brothers and sisters. Mrs. Alexander had been a long time member of the Willing Workers Mission and a member of the Ross County Senior Citizens.

Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Fawcett-Oliver and Glass Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Withrow officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 4-8 p.m.

Cottrill, 94, formerly of East Water Street, died at 5:20 p.m. April 23 in Westmoreland Place following a five-month illness. She was born Jan. 21, 1894, in Ross County to George and Laura Graves Cottrill. Survivors include a daughter, Lillian R.

Themins, and a son, Loren R. Cottrill, both of Chillicothe; eight: grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters and four brothers. She was a member of the Spud Run Bible Christian Church. Funeral service will be 3 p.m.

Wednesday in the Ware Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call at Ware's 6-9 p.m.

Third Bainbridge, died at 2:30 p.m. April 24 in Mt. Carmel Medical Center, Columbus. He was born March 5, 1905, in Pike County to Giden and Josephine Chaffin Knisley. He is survived by two stepsons.

Jerry Bobb, Bainbridge, and John Bobb, Londonderry; ten grandtwo brothers, children; 12 great grandchildren; and Kenneth Knisley, Bainbridge; a sister, Zoe Anderson, Bainbridge. Margaret L. Scott Margaret L. Scott, 74, of 22565 Ohio 93, Wellston, died Sunday in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. She was born Sept. 11, 1913, and was the widow of Arthur Scott.

Her funeral will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements "are by the Mayhew Funeral Home, Jackson. brothers and three sisters. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Smith-Moore Funeral Home, Bainbridge with Rev.

Miller Jessie C. Miller, 66, Lincoln Avenue, died unexpectedly at 12:30 a.m. April 25 residence. She was born May 2, 1921, in Ross County to John W. and Lucy Newland Johnson.

On Aug. 2, 1945, she married Harold Miller, who died Jan. 16, 1979. Surviving are four daughters, Becky Huff, Janet E. Tackett, Mrs.

John (Joy) Crow, all of Chillicothe, and Mrs. James (Kim) Barker Waverly; eight grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Edgar (Martha) Weaver and Mrs. Harold (Nettie) Madru, both of Chillicothe, and Mrs. Minnie Hanks, Bulls Gap, a brother, Lloyd "Bud" Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by five sisters and three brothers. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday in the Ware Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Norman officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Friends may call at Ware's 6-9 p.m. Wednesday. Hobart W. Muntz Hobart William Muntz, 83, Echo Valley, Charleston Pike, died at 7:45 a.m. April 23 at his residence following an extended illness.

He was born Nov. 4, 1904, in Hardin County to William A. and Pearl Heavner Muntz. On Aug. 3, 1927, he married former Grace G.

Barnhart who survives. Also surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and John Glenn Butterbaugh and Judith and Richard Cunningham, all of Chillicothe; and a daughter, Ruth Hardman, Chillicothe; a son and daughter-inlaw, Hobart D. and Ann Muntz, Londonderry; 13 grandchildren; 15 and a greatgreat a sister, Mrs. Roy (Katherine) Wiley, Chillicothe; and a brother, Franklin Muntz, Watertown, S.D.; and several nieces and nephews. He was, predeceased by three sisters and a brother.

Mr. Muntz was retired from Litter Distributing. He was a member of Union Chapel Church of Christ in Christian Union, the Prevaricators Bass Club and the Senior Citizens. He was a member of the former Mt. Logan Riding Club where he had been a blacksmith.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Ware Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Leasure officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Tyler M. Stinson Tyler McKinley Stinson, 15- month-old son of Kyle and Kirkpatrick Stinson, New Holland, died at 4:24 p.m. April 24 shortly after arrival at Fayette Memorial Hospital. His death was sudden and unexpected. He was born Jan.

Louis, was treated for injuries at Medical Center Hospital and released after an accident Saturday at 4:20 p.m. on U.S. 23, near Eastern Avenue. Forcheimer was driving south on U.S. 23 and did not stop in time when a car in front of her, driven by Jacob Hedges, Laurelville, was stopping, troopers said.

Her car struck Hedges' which then struck a car driven by Jo Ayers, Grove City, which then struck a car driven by Marilyn Pond, Circleville, troopers said.
