1. Enter the email address associated with your account.
   Tip: Forgot which email address you used? Use our Find your login email tool to locate your account.
2. Click Continue with Email.
3. Enter your password in the Password field.
4. Click Log In.

Important: If you changed your email address or password after you created your account, make sure to use your new email address or password when logging in.

1. Click the account type you want to log in with on the right.
   
2. Follow the instructions on your screen to finish logging in.

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that lets users in an organization log in to different websites using the same set of login details.

Logging in with SSO is only available to certain users. If you think that you should be able to sign in using SSO, contact your organization's IT administrator.

If you can't log in to your Wix account because you've forgotten your password, you can get a reset link sent to your email address. From there, you can create a new password to sign in to your Wix account.

1. Enter your email address and click Continue with Email.
   Note: If you're not sure which email address you used, try our email locator.
2. Click Forgot Password?.
   

If you can't remember the email address that you used to create your Wix account, you can recover your account in 2 ways:

• Use our email locator tool: If you're not sure of your Wix account's email address, you can use our email locator tool to find the correct login email.
• Use your recovery phone number: If you have a recovery phone number added, you can recover your account using your phone.

If you've lost access to the email address that you used to create your Wix account, you can recover your account in 2 ways:

• Get an SMS code: If you added a recovery phone number in your Wix account, you can get a one-time SMS code sent to your mobile phone to access your account.
• Submit an ownership verification form: If you haven't added a recovery phone number, you can fill out our ownership verification form to confirm that you are the genuine account owner.

The Google sign in option opens a new window where you can sign in to your Google account. Make sure that your browser isn't blocking cookies or popups which may prevent this window from opening (for example, if you're using an adblocker or popup blocker).

If you're already signed into your Google account, make sure it's the same account you used to sign up to Wix. You can sign out of your Google account at google.com before signing in to your Wix account again.

If you have third-party cookies disabled in your browser, you may have difficulties trying to log in with your Google account.

Follow the steps below for your browser to enable third-party cookies.

• Microsoft Edge
• Firefox

If you can't find the site you're looking for on the Sites page, check that you are logged into the correct account. Use the Account Email Locator to check which email address that you used when creating your site.

1. Go to theAccount Email Locator.
2. Enter your site's URL.
3. ClickNext.

You'll find the email address associated with your account underYour Wix account email is. If you know your password, clickLog In, if not, clickReset Password.

If you have enabled 2-step verification by email, you can click Send code by email to receive a code to your email address instead. Learn more about verifying your account by email.

If you haven't enabled 2-step verification by email, please fill out the ownership verification form and our team will be able to help.

If you don't receive an SMS, you can click Call me to get a phone call from Wix and listen to the verification code instead.

Wix usesGoogle's reCAPTCHA toolto help protect against potential spam and other types of automated abuse.

reCAPTCHA asks users to enter numbers or words seen in distorted images. reCAPTCHA is simply a test to tell humans and robots apart.

You must type exactly what you see in the reCAPTCHA image, whether it's a number, a word, or several words. When you are done, press the enter key on your keyboard.

Tip: You can click the audio button to listen to an audio reCAPTCHA option. The set of numbers is read out and you must enter the numbers you hear in the provided space. When you are done, press the enter key on your keyboard.

If you don't have access to your login email, or you need help recovering access to your account, we recommend contacting the site owner. They'll be able to send you a new invite to access the site.

If a bookmark link to the Wix login page that you previously used no longer works, the link may have expired. Follow the steps below to fix this issue.

1. Delete the bookmark that's causing the issue.
2. Go to Wix.com.
3. Click Log In at the top right.
4. Log in to your account.
5. Create a new bookmark.
