El SLL se estructuró de acuerdo con los Principios de Préstamos Vinculados a la Sostenibilidad de la Loan Market Association, la Asia Pacific Loan Market Association y la Loan Syndications and Trading Association.

- Disminución de la intensidad de GEI de Alcance 1 y 2 por centro, junto con la divulgación de GEI de Alcance 3;
- Mejora de la puntuación GRESB siguiendo la metodología de Evaluación de Activos de Infraestructura GRESB;
- Aumento del número de emplazamientos iluminados convertidos a iluminación LED o totalmente solar.
