This is typically a symptom of your V6 not having an internet connection to update the EPG. Does OnDemand work on your box? It uses the same 'net connection.
If not, there's your issue and a connectivity problem can be advised on. Is your V6 connected to your home-hub wirelessly or by Ethernet?
If yes - can you be a bit more specific with the channel(s) that are showing TBA?
