We seek meticulous and customer-centric Remote Hotel Schedulers to join our team. Your primary focus will be managing room reservations and booking accommodations for our clients. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of hotel reservations, from receiving inquiries to confirming room availability and making bookings
Engage with guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations
Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests, addressing any special requests or concerns they may have
Process payments, manage reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as required
